In a food processor or blender, mix together the Feta cheese and goat cheese, until smooth.
Add eggs, dried oregano, dill, garlic and pepper. Blend until incorporated.
In large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat.
Lay out crepes and place 2 to 4 tablespoons of the Feta mixture in the crepe. Fold crepe in half.
Fry in skillet, heating through, about 2 minutes, turning once.
