Chicken, Leek & Broccoli

- Cut the chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
- Clean and chop the leek and broccoli.

Arrange the chicken pieces in a large casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the leek, broccoli and chicken stock. Sprinkle generously with the bread crumbs.

Cover and cook in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour.

Remove the cover, raise the temperature to broil and brown for an additional 10 minutes.

Serve straight from the casserole dish.
